Principle

Thanks to the two extruder ranges with an outer/inner diameter ratio of D/d=1.46 for the A version and 1.74 for the R version, the ZE UT series offers cost-effective solutions for virtually all applications and complies with the ever increasing requirements in terms of material quality and output rates.
ZE UT twin-screw extruders are perfectly matched for the most demanding process tasks from filling of PP with 40% talc up to reinforcing PP 66 with 30% glass fibres.
