The ZE Basic is a compact and easy-to-operate twin-screw extruder with a perfect cost/performance ratio. This series is available in six sizes featuring screw diameters of 26, 34, 42, 52, 62 and 77 for a performance range of 25 kg/h to 3 t/h.
Principle
The ZE Basic series is suitable for more than 80% of all plasticising, filling and reinforcing tasks at maximum product quality. These processes generally require only a limited number of barrel variants and thus involve minor investment cost.
