The Solution:

Multinject application with a SpinForm machine. This technology is the basis for a cost-competitive solution because the combination of multicomponent and multidaylight technology delivers very high yields.

The Outcome:

KraussMaffei supplies a complete solution with the use of standard components reducing capital investment. The trays are produced on a KM 180-100-160 WEN spin-platen machine. Parts are demolded by a LR-series linear robot with a payload of 15 kg. The finished parts are deposited on a conveyor belt. Palletising is preconfigured in the standard version and teaching of the robot is quick and easy. The system comes with free CE conformity certification.
